All three restaurants at the Airlie Beach Hotel won awards in the North Queensland division of the Queensland Restaurant and Catering Awards held in Townsville.
Capers Bar and Grill was awarded the winner of Best Tourism Restaurant and Professional Development (under 100 staff).
Capers also received a finalist award for the Best Alfresco Dining.
Mangrove Jacks won two awards for Best Casual Dining and Best Hotel/Motel Restaurant.
Cactus Jacks picked up an award for Best Informal Dining and was a finalist in the Best Themed Restaurant.
The judges are 'secret shoppers' who dine at all restaurants entered – the staff never know who and when the judge will be there.
