The Airlie Beach Hotel focuses on small conferences for up to 50 people, accommodated in an air-conditioned Events Room on Level 1 of the hotel. The hotel is especially well positioned to cater for regional corporate meetings as well as sales or information presentations. Participants will enjoy access to the facilities offered by the Airlie Beach Hotel, as well as being located in the heart of the town, with easy walking access to all of its shops, bars and restaurants.

We aim to offer tailored packages to suit specific requirements, particularly if linked to the reservation of rooms and/or arranging a function around the resort pool and deck area of the hotel.

  • Daily hire rate $330, with discounted rate if 10 or more hotel or motel rooms are booked
  • Morning and afternoon tea, as well as all day tea/coffee options available
  • Catering, with choice of set menus or selection from any of our restaurants (prior ordering required)
  • Includes the use of all hotel facilities, including wireless Internet and on site car parking.
