Absolutely 80s brings their iconic BACK 2 BACK Show to Airlie Beach Hotel for two huge daytime sessions this May.
From 2pm to 5:30pm, relive the decade that defined a generation in a high-energy celebration packed with wall-to-wall anthems.
Front and centre are Australian 80s favourites Brian Mannix (Uncanny X-Men) and Scott Carne (Kids in the Kitchen), performing their own chart-topping hits including Everybody Wants To Work, Change In Mood, Still Waiting, Current Stand, Something That You Said and Bitter Desire, plus a stack more crowd classics.
The show also salutes the great frontmen of the era, including Michael Hutchence, Marc Hunter and James Freud, with smash hits from INXS, Dragon, Models, AC/DC, Billy Idol, Spandau Ballet, Simple Minds and A-ha.
It’s a high-octane, two-hour-plus spectacle filled with the biggest 80s hits, performed by the stars who lived it. Expect huge vocals, epic singalongs and a dancefloor that kicks off well before sunset.
