Dear Valued Patrons,
Due to the repair work being undertaken from damage caused by Tropical Cyclone Debbie to the Airlie Beach Hotel, a few of our business are still not operational. Please see below for details:
Our 3 star MOTEL ROOMS & are re-open!
Please be advised that there is still construction work being carried out on site with noise and works starting at 6.30am daily. The accommodation would probably be suited more for corporate guests and early risers than holiday makers.
RECEPTION/TOUR DESK is operating with limited opening hours until the hotel re-opens.
Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Sunday: 9am – 12pm
Afterhours check in is available but only if pre-arranged with reception.
As we are now classified as a re-build rather than just repairing damage, the 4 star HOTEL ROOMS will now be re-opening on June 1st 2018. The delay in re-opening is as we now have to meet new building requirements, codes & standards and we also have to recertify our fire systems.
-Our laundry and undercover parking are also not accessible; however off-street parking and local laundromat are available.
CAPERS ON THE ESPLANADE & THE OLD CACTUS JACKS BUILDING do still not have a confirmed re-opening date as they also need to meet the new hotel requirements.
Thank you to everyone for being so patient and for all of your support during these tough times. We are looking forward to welcoming you back as soon as possible.
Mark Bell and the team at the Airlie Beach Hotel.
